Also during this inspection, the investigator provided you with a list of imported foods and foreign suppliers imported by you between May 1, 2021 and April 30, 2022. You identified a “No FSVP” in the “No FSVP” column of the list of imported foods and foreign suppliers, acknowledging that your firm did not develop an FSVP for some of the foods listed.
